There's another reason attire matters to me.
When I arrive at someone's home, I'm representing Wester Lawn Care Service. Customers are trusting me around their homes, gates, pets, landscaping, and property.
Even though lawn care is dirty, physical work, I believe in showing up appropriately dressed, prepared for the job, and ready to work safely.
But professionalism goes far beyond what I'm wearing. It comes through in communication, reliability, attention to detail, respect for the customer's property, and the quality of work I leave behind.
My work clothes may be covered in grass and dust by the end of the day, but that's part of the profession.
The condition I leave your property in is what matters most.
